Parent Coaching Sessions For Parents of Teenagers

Support for parents navigating the challenges of adolescence

Dr Jari Evertsz offers parent coaching sessions for families who would like structured support applying the ideas explored in The Well-Behaved Teenager (and Other Myths) to their own family life.

These sessions are non-Medicare, non-psychology coaching services and are distinct from clinical assessment or psychological treatment. (Psychological therapy focuses on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health concerns.)

Coaching promotes reflection, discussion, and practical application of the principles outlined in the book to everyday parenting situations, focussing particularly on the individual circumstance.

Coaching is offered via Zoom in short blocks (typically three to four sessions) and is designed to provide support for a clearly defined area of concern identified by the family.
